One in person meeting, one in person venue tour.
Assistance with linen, rental, and overall décor setup & take down.
Direction & Coordination of all Vendors.
Review and consultation to your wedding weekend timeline as well as finazliation and vendor communication.
Seating & floor plan review and finalization.
I am present on the day of your wedding from the time the first vendor shows up till everything is cleaned up and taken down
Pack up & organization of your decor for easy pickup next day
Execution of your processional rehearsal the day prior to your wedding.
Access to all my templates including; photography plans, timeline formats, floor plans & seating charts.
Final payment to vendors as well as any due gratuities remaining the day of the wedding.

Do you have a vision for your day, chosen your venue, picked your dress and are working on your decor, but feel you could use some backup?

Complimentary initial consultation.
Three in person meetings, & two in person venue tours and unlimited emails & phone calls for 6 weeks prior to your wedding date.
Assistance with linens, rentals, and overall décor setup and decorating for the day of.
Direction & Coordination of all Vendors.
Full wedding weekend timeline constructed with and approved by you, to be distributed to all vendors and others if necessary.
Diagrams of ceremony location and reception location for seating and décor purposes.
Final meetings with vendors to confirm details, catering, photographer, entertainment, florist, venue.
I am present on the day of your wedding from the time the first vendor shows up till everything is cleaned up and taken down
Photography plan to ensure you capture all your desired moments
Seating chart planning & finalization
Execution of your wedding rehearsal including line up planning and timing.
Planning of your rehearsal dinner if requested
Final payment to vendors as well as any due gratuities
Hotel Rooming plans if required (Keeping family close, dropping off welcome packages, etc.)
